Mould Production This department mainly specializes in producing mould of cell phone and electronic products,with so leading internationally mould machining equipment and measuring machines that the tolerance can be minimized to 0.02mm which is gotten by EROWA clamp fixtures and 3-D measuring machine. And we has cultivated and trained a team of professional managerial personal and skillful mould technicians who keeps upgrading production, checking and correcting of mould to satisfy customers. Design and machining software:Mouldflow, Pro/E、UG、Mastercam、Cimatron、AutoCAD; Precise mould room equipments:CNC Electric Discharge Machine(SODICK),CNC Slow Moving Wire Cutting Machine(SODICK),CNC High Speed Placer(DMG) Checking equipments:3-D Measuring Machine, microscope for tool, height gauge,etc..

Spraying departmentIntroduction
Automatic Spraying In this workshop, which is 100-thousand-grade cleaned room with high quality equipments of filtering and cleansing air and water, there is 2 automatic spraying ines introduced from South Korea, one being 180m long with 2 sprayings and 2 heating.the other being 340m with 4 sprayings and 4 heating.To meet various needs of imported paint spraying,quality imported automized spraying gun and UV-Condensate Machine have been adopted to meet the requires of spraying of UV、PU、rubber paint, water paint. Furthermore,there is a professional team with many practical experiences,who grasps the most difficlut spraying skill and technique. And so thanks to the quality equipment and manpower, we have gained the following good results: qualified rate of hypo-light product is over 95%.hyper-light product 90% and each auto spraying line produces 30,000 pieces every day.
